The estates are located just two miles west of Rigby in Southeast Idaho. They border Jefferson Elementary School on the south side, and Midway Middle School on the southwest side. Rigby High school is only one mile east of the estates going towards Rigby.

Rigby, with a population of just over 3,000, has a small home town feeling. The community is very friendly. You will find it common to run into friends and neighbors at the grocery store and gas stations. While in a country setting, the estates are located only 15 minutes away from the second largest city in Idaho, Idaho Falls. Idaho Falls offers a variety of restaurants and shopping centers. Going in the opposite direction, the estates are only 15 minutes away from Rexburg and the home of Brigham Young University Idaho. At BYU–Idaho you will find concerts, musicals, plays, and sporting events. The great outdoors is nearly in your back yard with Island Park only an hour and twenty minutes away, while Yellowstone National Park and Jackson Hole are only two hours away.
